I bought a mivi collar from amazon on **th april, **** after which on a sudden it stopped working a day then i filed warranty claim to mivi through support@mivi.in and mailed them the details further after ** days they called the product for testing and since then it has beem more than * months but neither are they replying on mail nor are they sending me the replacement for it... Totally disappointed
