Bought Mivi Collar * from Mivi website on July **** , which worked fine for * months , however there was an issue with sound.Contacted for Replacement,They quickly arraged for Pick Up on Sept **th ****.but Never got back with any Proper Response for any Replacement even after ** days.There are No Customer care number where we can speak to any human.All are Dummy numbers or Just Chatbots Giving Standard Replies like " We understand your concern, ........" I need my Replacement or Just revert my Money Back.I have all the evidence and Slip of Return Pick up and the Product deliverred to Mivi details.I will share all the details when required
