I had bought Mivi ThunderBeats Bluetooth earphones from Amazon on ** January **** and after * months the battery backup reduced drastically to only **-** minutes of usage on full charge. I sent a mail to support@mivi.in to claim my warranty (which was for * year and I had registered for it)and it has been almost a month but no reply from their side. They just generated my ticket ID as ******. I even called them but I waited for so long and no customer executive was assigned to me. I am without earphones and any kind of communication and I don't know what to do. I had bought those earphones for *** and I just want them repaired/replaced.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
