Meesho aap - Missing products or less quantity delivered

I have ordered * no. Kurtis and yesterday received only one Kurti. On packet in which kurti is delivered it shows quantity *. Now I am trying to raise complaint on by calling customer care. They are not ready to raise complaint. So how do I get refund?
