I am really upset and annoyed with the services that myntra is giving. On ** Dec **** I had recieved my order which includes noise wireless earbuds and few clothes. To my surprise I found the earbuds missing and within ** minutes of delivery I registered the complaint. On the same evening I threaten the courier guy he admitted that he has taken the buds and case and begged that I should not complaint otherwise he will lost his job, however he didn't picked my call after that. Shockingly after * days my complaint was closed stating that the quality check from warehouse was fine. The issue was again escalated but I am not getting proper resolution. Please need your help in this. I need my product or my money back.
