Fitbit - Missing product

Ordered fitbit luxe watch from get gear Google official distributor. But when i received the box it was empty. I raised the complaint to customer care service to which they simply said that we don’t have proper outer brown box unboxing video. And they refused to resolve my problem saying that it was me who might have tempered the box. And they never sent me my product for which i have paid. Please help me resolving this with issues.
