Fitbit - Wrong product delivered inferior value

I ordered fitbit charger * for rs. ****, instead I was sent a pack of batteries of value rs. ***
Now, i am receiving a message of being blocked from their paytm care email.
I am unable to speak to the paytm customer care as they are saying that it's been more than * days, while I had registered the complaint same day of delivery.
