Hello Team,
I am really disappointed with the kind of service Zomato is giving these days.
I had placed an order recently with order id **********.
I had a missing item of Belgian Chocolate Cakeshake, I need an immediate refund on the same.
And the rest two items which were ordered were stale and stinking.
Please issue immediate refund.
It's really annoying that in such kind of pandemic situation and lockdown you all are cheating your customers..
There is no number to either call you all and complaint on immediate basis nor anyone available on chat.
Get this fixed asap.
