Hathway Broadband Internet - Misselling of additional product and poor network speed-UNRESOLVED

I have an ongoing complaint with this company for more than * months and none of the employees are willing to take up the responsibility to resolve the problem. One of the employee named Ranjan who is a teamleader of customer support had advised me to purchase a booster to enhance the network coverage and speed but it doesn't seem to help me. Over the past few months I have been sending repeated mails to the Nodal and Appellate office who happen to say that the booster is not their respinsibility and as a company they cannot take ownership of the misselling that their employee has done as the booster is not their company product. This is an u professional behaviour of penalizing the consumer for the wrongful practice carried out by their employee, as at the of purchasing the booster, Ranjan assured me that this would be a solution. I have wasted ample of time, energy as well as money making calls to these fraudsters and not received an appropriate return of the services which I've paid the money for. I request your intervention on this case as the company clearly wants to keep their part clean and take no responsibility of the wrongful money they have earned from me. I expect that I get compensated for the last * months of charges I have paid hoping that I'll receive good service, along with **** which I've paid for the booster which is Absoultely of no good to.me.
