Ola Cab Mumbai - Missed flight because of Ola driver s accident

My flight from Mumbai to Chennai was **-May-**** *:** PM. I booked olacab and it was went at right time. But at Mutunga East, my cab driver met an accident with another cab driver. They were fight at middle of the road and stopped the car for ** mins ( *:** PM to *:** PM). I informed the driver to start the car and my flight was at *:** PM. But he refused to accept my request. Only after ** mins and started the car and dropped me at *:** PM in Airport. I crossed * security gates, but I could not catch my fight. I missed my flight with * mins delay. If he could reach the airport ** mins then I would catch the flight. Again I booked next flight from Mumbai-Hyderabad-Chennai at *:** AM and reached Chennai by *:** PM. I spent **,*** rupees for this travel. Ola is not ready to give any compensation for me. I attached my flight ticket, google timeline to show case how much he took at accident place and my new ticket FYR.
