My journey was of ** Km when booked but due to some work I deboarded * km earlier
And to my surprise I was Charged Rs *** extra for deboarding * km before destination selected.
I filed seven complaints but they rejected all and can not provide any valid reason for this extra charge
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
