Flipkart - mismatching of the product

Lenovo - (Core i* (*th Gen)/* GB DDR*/* TB/Free DOS) (Black, ***.** mm x ***.* mm x ** mm, *.** kg, **.* Inch Screen). I have purchased the Item by seeing the description and images, as mentioned by the seller in the description "OPTICAL DRIVE" Drive type- CD/DVD Reader. But in the product delivered to us, the CD/DVD Reader is not available. So, I need to replace the item if not I want my refund as the item will be of no use. His specification is given below:-
