Kia Motors India Private Limited - Misleading and false commitment for the delibery of booked vehicles

This is to bring into notice the fraud and corrupt market practices of Kia motors Pvt Limited. The company is duping its prospective buyers by misleading them through false commitments regarding delivery of the booked vehicles. I booked Kia Sonet HTX Diesel Manual version with Booking ID-B********* on **th of September, **** from Joshi Kia, Mohali after paying Rs.**,*** on the pretext of delivery of the vehicle by Dussehra, **** i.e ** October, ****. Accordingly, I sold my old car before Dussehra and waited for the call for delivery from Kia dealer, however, on contacting kia dealer inquiring about delivery I was told that the vehicle cannot be delivered by Dussehra and it would be delivered in the first week of November to which I agreed as I was told that the car is in very high demand. Despite the delay, I had it in my mind that in the coming November it is my birthday on **th, Diwali on **th and my first marriage Anniversary on **rth of November, even if I could get the car in first week of November all these importants ocassions would be attended in a streamline and happy manner but even no response came from kia dealer, Mohali, I again reached out to them and inquired about the delivery to which I was told that now no dates can be given for delivery of the vehicle and I must expect the dates for delivery in December, ****. Alas, due to such unethical and misconduct on the part Kia Motors my wife and I have to daily commute to our offices in cabs after paying heavy tariff and putting ourselves at risk of contracting CoVid-** and also adding a daily hassle to our day to day work, which is taking heavy toll on us, both financially and psychologically.
Now, after such false and misleading commitments from Joshi Kia Mohali I made my mind to lodge a complaint to Kia motors India and hence I wrote all these issues in an email to Kia motors but despite lapse of ** days no response has been heard from Kia motors. Now, it must be noted that Kia Motors has more than ***** bookings for Kia Sonet in a month and every prospective buyer has payed Rs.***** in advance which comes around to be Rs.*** crores in advance and most of the prospective buyers have not been delivered the vehicle esp. the buyers who booked the HTX and GTX+ Diesel manual trims. Unfortunately, kia motors have collected such a large sum of money by mislaeading buyers into making them believe timely deilvery of the vehicle but not fulfilling their commitment. Hence, Kia Motors India must be held accountable for making money after stockpiling such huge amount of funds and yet not delivering the vehicles within committed timeline amd hence must either deliver the vehicles booked in september **** to buyers or reimburse the booking amount with interest to the prospective buyers who have been duped through such false and misleading commitments for timely delivery of the vehicle.
