HDFC Bank - Mislead and Misguided by HDFC Bank Employee

I have been mislead and misguided by Mrs. Nilu Jha, HDFC Bank, Kishore Ganj Branch. Ranchi. She told me my first bill will be generated after * month from the date of *st transaction. I did my first transaction on **th of December **** but I received my first generated bill on *st January ****. She told me I can convert any transaction to EMI anytime but Tata Neu Customer Care denied converting the transaction to EMI. Also, she said my card will be delivered to my present address but the card was delivered to my permanent address. It's really the height of false commitments.

Also, I have not yet received the required number of Neu coins as stated in the welcome letter with the Tata Neu Plus Credit Card. It is clearly written here that if I use the tata neu app for purchasing i will get (*% + *%) or (*% + *%) neu coins ... But I received only *% or *% neu coins.

I am not going to pay a single penny until my due amount is converted into EMI and my first bill due date will be changed.

I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest or else I will take legal action against this.

Note: I am sharing the call recording with the Relationship Officer who is trying to save Mrs. Nilu Jha.
