Indigo Airline - Mishandling of baggage

I travelled with my family on ** Feb ** from Cjb to Hyd on *E**** vide PNR no XNC*RZ. The baggages were mishandled and inspite of
bringing to the notice of ground crew, no action was taken.
Fortunately, after getting down from the aircraft and while boarding the bus saw my suitcase (part of check in baggage) falling down from
the aircraft. I was sitting in the bus waiting for someone to attend/ pickup. But for almost more than * mins the same was lying unattended.
I got down from the bus and called up the Security Individual on duty and checked the reason for such irresponsible behaviour. He had no
answer and he tried to run away from the situation instead of addressing the issue.
To my horror, all the baggages from the aircraft were being thrown on to the conveyor belt and were being grossly mishandled. I was forced
to take a video of the complete situation wherein the baggages were being mishandled.
Surprisingly, when I called for the supervisor, the security individual instead of assisting went away from the situation. On searching for the
supervisor, it was found that this individual went inside the aircraft to avoid the situation. On insisting the supervisor came and addresses
the situation and sent the luggage with the tractor.
My baggage alongwith my stuff inside has been damaged severely. The baggage had fallen from the aircraft on the tarmac and hence has
been damaged.
The damaged items were brought from Ooty and are priceless because now I cant go back to buy them. Moreover, my suitcase is also
damaged severely.
I would like the company to take a severe action against the defaulter and i should be suitably compensated..
The total damages are for ₹ **,*** including the cost of suitcase. You are requested to please compensate the amount on priority.
The issue is being pushed regularly for resolution. However, no response is received inspite of repeated reminders since last * month.
