- Miscommunication from AIRTEL DTH and denying refund of Account Balance Closed

I was facing issue with multiple IDs linked to my mobile number after taking a new Airtel DTH connection. I have requested for deleting/ suspending Customer id number ********** from **.**.**** and even today the same is not done. Because of same I was unable to add channel since error was coming multiple customer ids linked.
After getting fed up with all these procedures I have given a disconnection request for both the customer ids and requested for refund of entire balance in both customer ids and to take back the device they have installed and give refund for what I paid. Now AIRTEL people have called me over phone and informed me that refund will not be possible for both customers ids as for new connection I have not completed * year subscription and for second customer I'd the balance available is not sufficient as per their company rule to process for refund. And they are not ready for giving refund for the equipment cost I paid stating it's a lease equipment and refund option is not available.
I have given disconnection request only after confing with their customer care people and they have promised me refund for entire amount will be made available in ** working days.
Kindly process my complaint and make them pay the amount I have given them.
