I took a service for my Microwave oven on *rd december due to heating issues. The officials and technician responded correctly until they came for service. The techician said that the heating coil had to be replaced and so did that. I paid a bill of Rs.****. They promised guaranteed free service upto * months in case of issues. I am still facing the same issue and reported it requesting for re-service. But I get no response after that. None of them pick calls inspite of trying multiple times.
