Sir i have purchased micromax led ** inch tv on *rd of October ****... initially it worked well but after approximately * months it had problem with picture quality... the backlit of led pannel not working properly.
I called them for the same and register my complaint on **th of june.
Since then there customer assistant always saying that i will pick your TV up for repair but as of today there is no progress...
Sir this is frustrating experience for me
And i am fed with micromax company kindly help.
