Mi Tv - Mi TV product is defective not working after 4 hours of purchase

I have bought the MI TV as on **th through Flipkart. On **th product delivered, on **th technician came & done the installation. Very bad attitude & service after * hrs working TV hanged & stopped working. I have raised a request to MI services centre for services till today no response from MI customer services centre. When I try to call the customer care centre representative just pick the call & hold a call for *-minute to track the details. Even after ** min call holding, nobody turns off, I use to cut the call.
When I request to Flipkart to return the product, today send a message for an appointment for a technician visit. This is one of the worst experience had with MI product and services. NO tv at home for the last * days. It's a very bad product, services & very poor customer response. product still in my home with no use. It's kind of saturation & torches to the customer if you buy MI products. Hell of the MI product experience to me.
