Jean Innis filed complaint against Indigo Airline on Aug 8, 2019
On the *st of August ****, I had a ticket booked in Indigo Airlines, from Pune to Allahabad Via Bangalore. PNR -NJDHND-Leaving Pune at **:** am and arriving at Bangalore at **:** noon. My connecting flight from Bangalore to Allahabad was *:** noon and arriving at Allahabad at *:** in the evening.

Indigo flt *** -** am. It arrived Bangalore on time **:**noon. However, due to the inefficiency of the ground Indigo staff, I was forced to go through the security check. Although at the age of ** I ran to my gate
which was **. The female indigo staff member colly informs me that my flight was on the runway. I went into a state of total shock and disbelief. When I started to shake and cry she just smiled and told me you have to wait ** hours.
When I called my son and he spoke seriously to another male staff member at the counter, he issued me another ticket to Varanasi via Ahmadabad. I arrived at Varanasi at * pm. Then I had to get a car arranged via my relatives who live in Allahabad to get me thereafter another traumatic road journey in an unknown place. I arrived at my destination at * am the next day.
* hours later all due to the Indigo compliancy. I don't want any run of the mill apologies. I want Indigo to take some serious action. It was a nerve-wracking ordeal that put me through mental, physical and emotional harassment. My family was extremely worried and stressed as I was travelling on my own. The flight was *E-****. Very disappointed and harassed customer.
