Good evening,
I hope you are doing well
Actually I want to lure your attention on one issue that I am facing for * months and i believe u will surely help me,
I purchase the table from Flipkart on * oct at that time delivery time given to me of ** oct before Diwali.but they not delivered at that time. Hometown delivered the table on ** Oct but they not updated the status on Flipkart, next day when technician came for unboxing and installation then we got to know product was damaged so i requested to replace the table with new one on same date before send someone for giving finishing by polish the product, at that time they said yes within a day it will be replaced with new one, i also shared the damaged product images to him. But next day he said i need to create return or replace request on Flipkart, they knew very well without update the status i can't make return request. So after ** to ** days of struggle from Flipkart team atleast they updated the status. After that when i raise return request then the rejected that request again and again,i tried my best to resolve my issue with Flipkart team but they don't care, i also raised complaint on twitter regarding this multiple times i took follow-up but each time their response is they are working on my issue and will provide an update soon, each time they give one timeline but i never received any call or message from them when tried to connect on social media then their response "they are feeling sorry and they are continuously working on my issue nd will provide update" but never shared anything. It's going to complete * months but still they r unable to do anything, they are not making refund of amount.its my fault that i did shopping from Flipkart, they destroyed my precious * months+ mental peace+money. Kindly help me to get back my money with proper compenstion to destroy my time , money and for mentally harrassment and tell them to delete my Flipkart account permanently after return my money with proper compensation of my loss.
