My son has sent a parcel from the US for which I was asked to upload KYC documents. My son has sent the parcel with my name and surname but since my KYC documents have my name, my husband's name as middle name and surname they refuse to deliver it. Now they have asked for a declaration that the name is incorrect for which I said the name on the parcel is not incorrect, you can only say it is incomplete. So I have uploaded a declaration stating I am the same person but the document due to some technical glitch on their site is not getting uploaded so they have withheld my parcel. Absolute harassment of a customer. And in spite of uploading the KYC they are constantly calling and sending mails asking to upload KYC saying that it is automated mail.
