Individual consumer - Fake resturant who do not have any existence are enlisted on swiggy

I order my food from SWIGGY and order was accepted. Order was accepted also but when it was left ** minutes of delivering the order I got the call from SWIGGY customer care mentioning that they are not able to locate the resturant and there has been no response from resturaant. When i enquired the executive mentioned that resturant might have shut down and move to some other place. I filed the complained on chat and asked them to call me on which i was told that no body can call me. When i mentioned that i will move to consumer court i got the immediate call. On receiving the call i requested to talk to manager , he refuse to me and mention that he does not know this policy
