Oyo Total Holiday Packages
- Mental harassment misbehave and forgery Open
These are the series of event:
*. OYO's sales representative called me and explained everything and told me per head price for Nainital tour package as rupees **,*** per head. I found this package within my budget so I agreed to it.
*. Initially, three persons were there so he told me by calculating ****,***=**,*** rupees so I said fine ok and I told him that person may increase/decrease so he said no problem rates will be revised and you’ll have to pay according to per head only.
*. After that, I paid rupees *,*** on the same day to cease the property as that representative told me to pay some token amount and then after * to * days I paid rupees **** more. So total advance became rupees ****/-.
*. Then during this process one of their finance team representatives called me and was threatening me to pay the amount otherwise the trip will be cancelled and no money will be refunded and he was talking so rude to me and also misbehaved with me.
*. After that, I called my sales representative but he was not answering my call and not even replying to my missed calls. I was so frightened because this man was not ready to talk to me and no one was attending calls of mine. I felt cheated.
*. After a few days some other representative came in touch and I told him that only two persons are going now so send me the email of revised rate, so he said ok I’ll send it within * or * days but no calls no emails for next ** days and whenever I called, that person also didn’t answer my call.
*. After ** days I got an email from a different person saying the revised rate is **,*** rupees and I talked to some other representative saying that whatever rates you are saying is really high as what I discussed was something else.
*. So, he was saying to me that rates are fixed and this is final. I requested him to check past conversations, but no one is listening to me. These people are troubling me since the very first day. They call me only for money transfer and if I have any concern they will not answer my call and whenever I call, some lady picks up the call and says to me that the person is on week off or on break and then they don't even call me back and listen to my concern.
Now, when just four days are left for my trip and I called and asked about my booking in the hotel which they have assigned me in Nainital, i.e. “Hotel Greenwood”, the Hotel Manager said “We have stopped taking paid bookings from OYO, so we cannot give you rooms at OYO’s booking” and same thing Hotel Kalawati Retreat’s Manager said that we are no more taking bookings from OYO, so your booking is nowhere here.
These people are forcing me to book the package at present time cost which is very expensive now and these people are misbehaving with me and harassing me mentally to pay the amount according to them.
One of their modification team members called me and he is accusing me of not answering his call or mail and saying to me that you never contacted us for any modification earlier. And he is asking me to book the package at a higher cost and also threatening me that money will not be refunded and these people are mentally harassing me. Although I am trying to reach them from past one month and they are not coordinating with me.
Although, I went to their Delhi office also that office was of B*B purpose so they did not do anything and suggested me to go to Gurugram office.
Now, I am concerned about my safety because if I go ahead with this package then also if God forbid, anything happens during the trip or if the driver causes any problem then who will be held responsible, when at this moment itself these OYO tour agents are not coordinating and accusing me and mentally harassing me.
That’s why due to their un-professionalism, misbehaviour and mental harassment, I want to cancel this package and want my money back. Please help me.
