Would request you to please share the below with the highest possible authority in the LG service.
Below is the complete chronology of the mental harassment I had to go through in the last * days.
*) **th June at * pm I registered a complaint of no cooling at LG care with RNP************
*) *st set of two engineer came to my house at ** pm and mentioned that the cooling is not happening due to an issue with the gas leak.
*) *nd set of two engineers came at around *:** pm and informed that they do not have the equipment as they are part of the installation team and hence can not do anything. They called up Mr Jai Sharma telesales Lg Phone +** ***** ***** who sent another set of engineers.
*) *rd set of two engineers came with some gas equipment. However, they mentioned that the back pressure is coming at *** which is not right and hence can not do anything. Then they called up MR Gulshan (+** ***** *****), ASM Gurgaon. He said they he will be sending a senior Upender.
*) Upender arrived and plugged in a USB module which shows the reading from all sensors. However, he was not well trained to read the readings of the device and was only concentrating on Voltage drop and back pressure of *** psi, and declared that the compressor has gone bad. He did not make any effort to do any further troubleshooting cause it was already * PM. After a long conversation with Mr Gushan, he promised that the compressor will get changed in the morning.
*) At **:** am on **th June *rd set of engineer came to replace the compressor. They opened the entire outdoor unit and welded the new compressor. However, after changing the compressor the AC worked only for * to * min and then again the back pressure was *** and there was no cooling. At this time it was already * pm and I had already spent one and a half day with * different engineers. At this point, I mentioned to Mr Gulshan that enough is enough and replace the product. However, Mr Gulshan asked for * more hours the next day so that another Sr. Engineer can look at the problem.
*) Today (**th June) morning another set of * engineers came and one of then was Mr Joginder he started by doing the vacuuming the outdoor unit which went on for * hours. I could not go to my office today as well and after around * to * hours, again the AC worked for * to * min and then again there was no cooling.
*) Around * pm, Mr Joginder shared the data to a trainer in Noida, who immediately pointed out that the indoor unit sensor is giving an incorrect reading of **.* degrees C temperature. With this, the trainer suggested trying a replacement indoor PCB unit. Mr Joginder went back to his office and came back with this new PCB. After which the AC is now working fine. I will be continually running the AC for some time and notify of any issue to Mr Gulshan.
While the above was going on I had also called up the customer care team on phone and had a horrible experience there.
*) I was hung up on by an agent when I asked for a supervisor.
*) I was then lied by an agent who said he is from a Sr department and then later apologized for lying to me that he is just another agent and was taking this call as no supervisor was available.
*) There are no records or updates on the RNP************ and surprisingly one of the agents said this is a demo request
I have audio recordings for all above which I have shared on the WhatsApp lg care service.
With all that has happened above, I would like to put my demands below.
*) Compensation for mental harassment that I had go through in the last * days because of lack of knowledge of product by service people [If the trainer sitting in Noida can identify the cause in * min by just reading a data report on the phone this could have been done on the first day and saved me from utter harassment that I had to go through in the last * days.]
*) Compensation for loss of work at my office.
*) Replacement of current piece with new. Please check my email sent to you.
