LG AC - Request for Replacement of Faulty LG AC Unit

I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the recent installation of an LG AC unit at my premises, which took place on **th Oct **. This was purchased on **th Oct ****. Unfortunately, since its installation, the AC unit has not been functioning as expected, and despite multiple service engineer visits by LG engineers, the issue remains unresolved against Complaint number RNP************.
It is evident that the AC unit delivered is not correct or has a fundamental issue that cannot be resolved by service engineers. I have spent valuable time and effort in coordinating these service visits, and the issue remains unresolved, leaving us in uncomfortable conditions.
