I have been approached by the great holiday club members, named Navin and offered us free membership of great holiday club without AMC along with gift vouchers in Mahabaleshwar in the first week of Dec ****.
However, when we want to read the application form they can't afford us the time to read also told us that this is just paper formality and we shall not be charged any money towards AMC charges. We had not paid the money at that time and request them to call us on the evening but Navin has refused and offered us a discount in membership of * years in just Rs *****/- instead of Rs * Lakhs.
At that time we don’t have full money so my husband has paid them Rs **k by debit card and balance **k on **th Dec ****. After a few days, we had received a call from Goa Office and we had confirmed the membership.
By the time we were returned to Mumbai and we search the company name on google. Then we realized that this company is not good. They cheated the money and their service is not good as compare to his commitment. At that time we had not received any membership subscription packet or card.
My husband called them to cancel the membership send them emails but they don't give a proper reply. The Lady name Jen, she told us that, if you have a problem you confirmed us before the confirmation call. Within *--* days we had received the membership card of Rs **k containing the membership of ** days in * years. (Which is confirmed only on the call) + AMC Charges.
Now, my concern is that if we don't pay full money how can they send us a membership card. Also, they had not taken my permission before sending a membership card of Rs *****/-. But at that time, I had ignored all my concerns and requested them to change the travel days. But again they can't send us a proper reply. Their sales person does not discuss the AMC charges & cancellation policy to us. I had requested them to cancel the membership. They told us , there are cancellation policy and they cut Rs *****/- and returned us Rs **,***/- only. I had requested to Jenny( Goa office Representative ) to please change the days we can't pay AMC. Instead of AMC charges please adjust the days and offer us the package. We requested them to please make * days plan and adjust the AMC charges but till the date, they don't have replied us. I had sent them the mail containing that, will lodge a complaint against them in consumer forum if they dont reply. But still, they dont replied to us.
I am tired now to calling them again and again and now we are not ready to compensate in days and we can't require membership of this company. We want our full money. I can't waste my hard earned money on such a fraudulent company who making fool to people.
I am requesting to consumer forum, please cancelled the licence of this fraud company who making fool of people and punished them. Also, I am greatly thankful for consumer forum if my money returned from them.
