Great Holiday Club - No service from Great Holiday Club

We had purchased plan of Great Holiday Club. Mr Yash was presenting us and Mr. Arif was the zonal manager. Both have told us if we are not agreed then we will get full refund. We have some medical emergency hence we requested Yash to cancel this plan and do refund, he had requested company. But yet we have not received refund. Customer care mail id and phone both are not accessible. Both are not reverting. My name is Pratik Bagwe. Kindly help me to get refund.
