Club Mahindra Holidays - Membership Cancellation

I wrote an email asking for the cancellation of membership on May **, ****, as I was undergoing a lot of financial stress due to Covid ** situation. I was not in a position to take care of the entire family when people were down with their health. Finally, I lost my brother on May **, ****, and again I requested Club Mahindra asking for cancellation.

Trust me, when I was on death bed, your executive telephoned me and asked for AMC payment, next EMI... When I tried convincing them the same, they failed to understand the situation or failed to listen to what the customer is asking as they might have trained with the checklist to convey over the call - An absolutely inhuman act!

Later, I was contacted by Manager Mr. Raghavendra - who showed concern and started handling my issue and promised a quick resolution - A refund of my amount. However, now, he is also not in a position to respond to my calls or texts over whatsApp. He said last it will be done, but no result. Again, he said this month end it will happen, not sure of it too.

I escaped from death and came back home after successful treatment. But my hospital bills are still running. Sir, I am not complaining about any of them as your executives are trained to work on the process and to follow the protocol. But my only concern is even after a proper convey from an executive, why the approvals are getting delayed?

Sir, since the joining of the club Mahindra as a member, have not utilized the single service till date. The refund would support my family to cover up some part of the medical expenses incurred.
