Dear sir/ madam,
This is Surya Prakash Gujarati. On *.*.**** I have ordered a product on ShopClues, which is Melamine soup bowls and spoons. Which I received on *.*.****.
While ordering it, it was clearly mentioned on the ShopClues's website/app that "Bowls and spoons are made up of Melamine", but when I received it and opened the packed it was of plastic.
So, why such kind of thing/ fraud with the customers.
NOTE: If you are mentioning on the ShopClues's website/app that the particular product is made of Melamine and you are sending the customer plastic product instead, WHY??
Now either I want to replace the particular product or want my payment back.
I hope you understand my problem and will solve it as soon as possible.
