Sutirtha Chatterjee filed complaint against Medlife on Jul 8, 2019
I have placed an order to Medlife through Amazon Pay on **.**.**** for an amount of Rs ****.** having order ID: OR****IF-***A_* .They have not supplied the medicine till date but when i have contacted them after getting confirmed from my bank end that the transaction was successful, they said that the medicine was delivered and I have placed the order on **.**.****. I then asked them number of times over telephone and e-mail , to provide me with the details regarding delivery of medicine and the receipt having my signature,but they are not responding. Amazon Pay is telling that the amount has been transferred to medlife and thus they have no responsibility regarding the matter. Please do the needful so that the amount get credited back to my account.
