I had given a pre-paid order no OR****EZA-***A via Medlife App on **th March. Though today on **th April it has been more than * weeks, but the medicine has not been delivered yet. When I have contacted customer care three times till now, the response from them has been quite unprofessional. The executives promised to look and resolve the issue within ** hours. However, nothing has been done till now, no delivery, no cancellation, not even a mail regarding the issue. I am not buying any fancy thing, I am buying critical healthcare medicine on which person's life may depend. If this so called online pharmacy fails to deliver my order even after * weeks how can one depend upon them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
