I have ordered medicines from medibuddy app (Order Number ********) on **th September **** and from **th september to **th september the order status is out for delivery and on **th september medibuddy has incorrectly changed the status as Medicines delivered but I have never received the medicines. I have the audio recording with the customer care who have asked me to wait for another ** hours in a loop until the important medicines are delivered.
