I purchased an Ola S* Pro two years ago, and it has had manufacturing defects that cause the scooter to stop working every month. Each time it breaks down, I report issues like defects in the suspension, MCU, and network failure to the service team. However, despite my repeated complaints, they have failed to fix these issues over the past two years, and they still haven’t replaced the defective suspension. Every time the scooter stops working, they keep it at the service center for **-** days. Essentially, I use the scooter for about **-** days, and it spends another **-** days in repairs.
My internship location is in Pashan, and when the scooter is in the service center for months, I have to rely on cabs or auto-rickshaws, which cost me around ₹*** per day. Additionally, my college is * km away, and taking autos has caused further transport expenses. This has led to over ₹**,*** in travel costs, even though I own an Ola scooter. Unfortunately, due to its manufacturing defects, it spends more time at the service center than on the road.
