- Manufacturing Defect refusing to compensate within Warranty Period Closed
This is to highlight the sheer bad quality of the Crocs product purchased by me. I ordered a Classic All-Terrain Slip-On Sandals from Ajio on **-Sep-**** and not even two months since purchasing it the lower sole is starting to come off. This is after I started using the same after approximately * weeks of its delivery date.
I will attach the product pictures as well as the invoice for the same for reference and verification. I had written to Ajio Customer Care with all the details and proofs, however, they are providing a useless resolution. The MRP of the product is INR **** and I had purchased the same during a sale at almost half the price, I had requested them for an exchange which is very fair, they stated they do no exchange products and are merely offering the price I paid during the sale in the form of Coupon usable only on their company website which will only be valid for a month. How unreasonable is this resolution. Firstly I will not be able to buy the same product as it costs almost double the price they are offering, then I can make the purchase only from their website and In can't even wait for a sale as the coupon will be valid only for a month. When they are acknowledging the defect why can't they fairly compensate the customer?
People usually invest in Crocs owing to the comfort and the longevity of the product, however, that hardly seems to be the case.
