Makemytrip. Com - Makemytrip.com not refunding money as per cancellation policy

Dear Team,
I have booked a travel package (booking ID: NL************* and made full payment of Rs. ***** within *rd installment date (** Sep ****)
There is a Medical Emergency in my family and my wife Baishali Chakraborty is not advised to travel by Medical Practitionersas she is expecting.
As mentioned in travel brochure shared by makemytrip.com, in case I cancel the booking before third installment date I will be refunded the third installment amount (Rs. *****)
Now make my trip is denying any refund as they claim that the booking was non refundable.
Please find attached the travel brochure and Email by makemytrip on first booking date.
