I had booked ticket for **th March **** from Bangalore to Ranchi with PNR - "PVCBPF". The airline says that amount has been refunded to MMT on **th April however, I am yet to receive the amount. it is very disappointing that you people are cheating consumers.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
