My family made a return trip booking from Patna to Mumbai for ** people. However we were only provided tickets for one way from Mumbai to Patna and not the other. They caused huge inconvenience to us because we had to book those tickets from another website later at a higher cost. On top of that now they are not even refunding money for the unbooked ticket. Their customer care keeps transferring to other agents and keep deferring our case despite having the booking ID and proof of payment.
