Booked an Air India flight for Mother and Me for **/**/** morning at *.** am from Mumbai to Cochin. The same was cancelled by Air India and option given to book on an earlier flight at *.** am. Since my Mother is **+ years with major health issues, wanted to cancel the same as we will not be able to reach so early for the flight. Make my trip is treating it as a regular cancellation and charging us half the amount as penalty due to no fault of ours. Their Calling nos ***********/**** does not have an option to speak to a phone representative and throws us out. No email to register complaints anywhere on the website. Very pathetic service and customer service.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
