Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Delivery and Inadequate Customer Service through Flipkart
Dear Voxya Team
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a recent transaction with flipkart that has left me severely disappointed and financially compromised. On March **, ****, I placed an order for an Apple iPhone ** Pro Black Titanium *** GB through Flipkart, Order ID: [OD******************]. The total amount paid was ₹***,***, and the expected delivery date was March **, ****.
However, upon receiving the delivery on March **, ****, I was shocked to discover that the package contained nothing but a lock and paper waste, completely different from the high-value item I had ordered. I immediately contacted Flipkart customer support to report the issue, providing images of the received products, my ID proof, and the consent form to lodge an FIR as requested.
Despite my prompt action and cooperation, I was left in the dark for an entire week, with no updates or communication regarding the progress of my complaint. This lack of transparency and accountability caused me significant mental distress as I anxiously awaited a resolution for the considerable financial loss I had incurred.
Furthermore, when I finally received a response from them on March **, ****, I was informed that the seller had denied my refund request, citing that the product was delivered intact. This decision completely disregards the evidence I provided and fails to acknowledge the fraudulent nature of the delivery.
Subsequent attempts to reopen the case were met with the same disappointing outcome, as the seller continued to reject my refund requests without valid justification. Despite my repeated efforts to seek assistance from Flipkart's customer support team, I have been met with polite but ultimately unhelpful responses, leaving me feeling frustrated and helpless.
Not only have I suffered a significant financial loss, but I have also been subjected to embarrassment and inconvenience due to the incompetence and negligence displayed by this company throughout this ordeal. I request immediate action to rectify this situation and want the refund I am rightfully owed.
I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, failing which I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through relevant consumer protection channels.
