- Mahindra Sold Faulty Car Open
I have been cheated from Mahindra Cars , They have sold me a Faulty Car - Earlier it was having only steering Vibration now it had started showing *+ Errors on My Car Dashboard. Now it even shows a Transmission Error. How come a Brand new car which is not even ** Days old have such an error .
The car was sent to Automotive Mahindra Jeedimetla workshop a week ago. They had mentioned that they had replaced the whole Steering rack to that car which was just ** days old. I have attached the bill as well in the email.
Now yesterday when i left to a small trip with my Family and a * months old baby , they system started showing error and suddenly i was not even able to twist steering as it got stuck in between, Now i can't take that risk with my kid after spending almost ** Lakhs of Rupees including Accessories and Road Tax.
It's easy for Anant cars to Blame that Mahindra cars has given to us and we have sold it. If that was the case why was i not allowed to do PDI and where is the PDI Report after Repeated Emails.
This is Really Heights of Unprofessionalism and I can't keep my Family on Risk on Such Faulty car machines sold so Carelessly to me.
I demand a Justice to it. Either Replace my whole Car or else I need a full Refund.
