As per recent conversation with the dealership Harbir Auto Chandigarh I was about to get the delivery of my vehicle Scorpio n Z* diesel manual Napoli black color they called me on **th may that your vehicle is invoiced from the plan and in transit and they have checked the vehicle was in price protection that is in introductory price as I booked it in introductory price and when the vehicle was in transit and I have completed all the process suddenly dealership got an email from the ASM chander mohan that price protection policy ends and they are not giving me any proofs neither they show me official email from Mahindra nor they assist me get my vehicle in introductory price then why you started all the stuff and why mahindra has not informed me that we are going to end the policy you have last chance to get price protection. Don’t they have any duties to inform customer about the services? I desperately waited for my delivery for one year to get the price protection vehicle so they think customers are fool and we do policy changes without informing them.. I should get my vehicle in introductory price as they late my delivery its not my fault if they know that in future or coming months we are going to end the policy then they have to inform me that take the vehicle else the policy will be gone if I refuse to take delivery after that then it was my fault but they didn’t do anything no information nothing they are the one put the delivery expected date Aug **** and I waited for that.
