I have updated my dth box to HD set box on july and it was damaged on sep **th ****, and i have registered complaint on **th sep **** and their technician reached us and collect our box on **th nov ****. ( untill today my HD box not reached home back )
i have waited for a week and call customer center and they promise to fix on end of next, i dont remember the date.but there is no response form technical team..
And i keep wait for a week, and i call again to customer support, again they told to wait for ** hours. but i refuse to continue their service and i request them to disconnect my connection and refund my balance amount in my account and also for money Rs.*** i paid for HD box which was taken by their technical team.
below i have receive against complaint registration on **th oct ****
"Dear Customer, we have received your request ******** for disconnection of your Airtel Digital TV for **********-***. Our representative will call you within ** hours. For any further assistance, pls call ***** or ***-********."
their representatives call me on next day and they spoke with me in hindi, i didnt understand their language and ask them to call tamil persons. but no calls from tamil person.
again i call to customer support regarding this issue, they told because of language issue this complaint is cloaed and we registered complaint from here to arrange call back from tamil person and give me a complaint registered below on *th nov.
"Dear Customer, we have received your request ******** for disconnection of your Airtel Digital TV for **********-***. Our representative will call you within ** hours. For any further assistance, pls call ***** or ***-********."
this is repeatedly happen and i suffered al lot to get my money back.

finally i call customer support today "**th nov ****.
now they starts from beginning and they promise to resolve this issue with in ** hours and refund of my money will be **days to reach. it is almost ** days over from my first complaint.
this is my final hope thats why icome here.
i kindly request to involve this issue and help me in this situation to get my things back.
