Complaint filed against: State Bank Of India
I have given a cheque to my creditor for payment for goods procured and Creditor deposited cheque in the bank and not received the funds and Clearing Bank returned the cheque stating insufficient funds . But actual funds in bank were 10 times greater than the cheque amount and Bank employee made a wrong intimation to clearing bank that funds are insufficient in the account and accordingly dishonoured the cheque. Same is intimated to Concerned bank but reply from them was not satisfactory and in return was charged dishonored charges by bank.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
