Dtdc Courier - Loss of consignments

I have booked * consignments through Dtdc on **th of August and it's already been a month where I have no track of my both consignments. I have also registered a complaint but they've already closed the case without informing me. Again I'm trying to reach Ghaziabad office but it's not picking my call. On the top of that I was told to call branch office of Bangalore to ask the status and when I called the attitude towards handling such issues were so bad that I felt like I have made some mistake. My money my consignment is not a waste that Dtdc can through it without having any fear that I'll not take any action. The person on the Bangalore office said that it's not his problem that my consignment is missing. How rude and irresponsible this is. Worst experience and I want my consignment or my money back now. Worst case worst Dtdc.
