Respected sir/madam,
I have been using Jio network for my mobile, recently I have recharged with *** for * months plan, here in my village the network is very poor and I'm not able to my data due to bad network. I have online classes which I'm missing because of these bad network. Many people facing the same problem here. I have complained * times but no use. I'm requesting you to help in this issue.
