I lost my authenticator codes for * factor authentication to login to WazirX. Since I didnt have the recovery codes I raised a ticket as suggested in their support page https://support.wazirx.com/hc/en-us/articles/************-Two-Factor-Authentication-*FA-Setup-Change-Recovery where they have mentioned that the manual reset ill be done in * days. I raised the ticket on **th May ****, and submitted the video and photo proofs as requested by mail on the same day. Its ** days now there is no action. They acknowledged the receipt of proofs on **th May (** days after my ticket) and then today (*nd June) I again got a mail to submit photo and video proofs. Since I have been locked out of my account I cannot execute any trades with the amount deposited there nor can i withdraw and I am not getting any proper reply from WazirX.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
