I paid for one of my airfare through ZestMoney. The ticket was purchased from easemytrip.com. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled and easemytrip initiated the within few days. It has been more than a month now that I have been following up with ZestMoney to get the loan refund. The only reply I am getting is we are looking into it. I have shared the email confirmation from easemytrip that they have processed the refund. ZestMoney loan id **B****F****. ZestMoney complaint id *******.
