Syed Inayethulla filed complaint against HDFC BANK on Aug 7, 2021
Loan against closure is not done for almost ** days due to which I had to pay extra interest for those days.
On **rd of july **** I visited hdfc bank Davangere branch for closing my Loan against property. They said it cannot be closed hence raised a request in CRM on that day and informed that I will get a call. Since that day there was no call.
I visited bank again on *rd Aug **** they said we have sent approval and inform me in * days. Now on *th August I did not get any information when I called they said it is not approved yet hence cannot close.
Due to which I have to pay interest for those from **rd till the day I close the loan.
Please help me getting back the interest amount.
