Byjus aaksh institution - Loan account not closed

we had byjus subscription, unfortunately we had to close as my children were not able to continue and we requested for cancellation. They said if I pay could some negotiable amount the subrscription would be closed. They collected that amount and till now they didn't close the subscription and did not issue no due certificate from Bank and due to which there is Rs.*** deducted from my Axis bank Account every month and also CIBIL is impacted due to this. I have sent several reminders but no use. Byjus is not closing this issue. Request you to please help in this matter and advise Byjus to close this issue immediately.
